Dettman Realty Group is the real estate brokerage of Dettman Properties, led by Derek Dettman. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Derek has spent over fifteen years helping people buy and sell across South Florida, from the waterfront estates of Harbor Beach to the bungalows of Wilton Manors.
He holds a finance degree from the University of Miami and an MBA in real estate from the University of Florida, and he knows these neighborhoods the way someone does who grew up in them. Which streets flood. Which buildings have assessments coming. What a house on your block is really worth in August, not just what the listing says.
